Broccoli Cornbread

Ingredients

  • 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 10 ounces chopped broccoli thawed and drained
  • 1 medium onion chopped, optional
  • 1 stick butter melted
  • 8 ounces cottage cheese
  • 4 large eggs

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together except for the cornbread. Then stir it in
  • and pour mixture into a 9x13 pan sprayed with Pam and bake at 400 degrees
  • for approximately 25-30 minutes.
