Breakfast Casserole (Jeani & Bob Leslie)

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. sausage hot, browned and drained
- 1 small onion diced
- 2 cups mushrooms fresh, sliced
- 6 large eggs beaten
- 2 cups whole mik
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
- 6 slices white bread cubed, no crusts
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown sausage with onions. Drain well on paper towels. Mushrooms may be
- sauteed or stirred in raw. Beat eggs well and stir in other ingredients.
- Add some salt & pepper. Add more cheese if desired. Pour into 9x13
- greased baking dish and sprinkle with paprika. Cover and store in
- refrigerator overnight. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for about 40
- minutes or until golden brown and puffy.
