Buford’s Beef Tenderloin

Beef Tenderloin

Ingredients

  • 1 5-7 lb Beef tenderloin Whole
  • 1 tablespoon seasoning salt
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 12-16 oz bacon

Instructions

  • Trim any excess fat from meat and wash and pat dry. Mix
  • ingredients into paste and rub over top and sides of meat 2 hours ahead of
  • time. Cover top and sides with bacon.
  • Sear all sides on grill. Place meat in foil lined old pan and cook
  • on low with top closed for 1 hour with bacon on top.
  • OR cook in 350 degree oven uncovered for l hour.
  • Let rest covered 10 minutes before slicing.
