Banana Split Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 sticks butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 5 bananas
  • 2 8 oz. cans crushed pineapple in juice
  • 1 large Cool Whip
  • 1 cup pecans chopped
  • 1 small bottle maraschino cherries drained and diced

Instructions

  • Combine graham cracker crumbs with 1 stick melted butter and place in bottom of 13x9 pan.
  • Combine powdered sugar, eggs, and 2 sticks softened butter. Beat with electric mixer for 15 minutes; then spread over crust.
  • Layer the following: sliced bananas, crushed pineapple, Cool Whip. Sprinkle pecans over the layers; then sprinkle cherries.
  • Refrigerate overnight.
