Apple Crisp

Ingredients
- 6 large Granny Smith apples
- 8 graham crackers 2 1/2 inches each
- 3/4 cup brown sugar packed
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 cup margarine melted
Instructions
- Peel, core and slice apples. Spray baking dish with Pam and place apples
- in dish 3/4 full. Finely chop graham crackers. Combine crumbs, sugar,
- oats, flour and spices. Add margarine; mix well. Spoon mixture over
- apple slices.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until apples are tender. Or,
- microwave on high 12-15 minutes. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
