Coffee Cake

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Cream butter.
- Add sugar, egg, milk, flour and vanilla.
- Stir until smooth.
- Spread in a greased 8x8 pan.
- Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Bake 25 minutes @ 375 degrees.
Notes
NOTES : Double recipe for a 13x9 pan. Nuts and a glaze may be added if desired.
