Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients
- 1 package hot roll mix
- 3/4 cup water warm
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons butter melted
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3/4 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup pecans chopped
Instructions
- Sprinkle yeast from package over warm water in large mixing bowl. Stir to
- dissolve. Add egg, 1/4 cup honey and the hot roll mix and blend well.
- Cover and let rise in warm place away from draft, about 1 hour or until
- double in bulk.
- Roll out on lightly floured board into 20 x 12 rectangle. Combine melted
- butter and 2 tablespoons honey and spread evenly over dough. Combine
- brown sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over dough. Sprinkle raisins and
- nuts over dough. Roll as for jelly roll from wide side; cut into 16-18
- slices. Arrange in a 13 x 9 pan sprayed with Pam. Cover and let rise
- about 1 hour. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25-30 minutes or until
- golden.
- Frost while warm with icing made by blending 1 cup powdered sugar, 2-3
- tablespoons milk and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
