Okra Chowchow

Ingredients
- 1/2 pound chopped fresh okra
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 16-oz. jar tomato relish
Instructions
- Sauté okra in hot olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes or until crisp-tender. Remove skillet from heat, and stir in tomato relish.
