Cheese Cake

Ingredients
- 1 large package of Vanilla Wafers crushed
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar & 1/4 cup melted butter
- 3 large eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 8 oz. cream cheese softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 5 heaping tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 pint sour cream
Instructions
CRUST:
- Combine all ingredients. Line the bottom and 1 inch up the sides of spring form pan with mixture.
FILLING:
- Beat eggs and blend in remaining ingredients. Pour into crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool for 20 minutes.
TOPPING:
- Beat all ingredients together. Pour & spread over cheese cake. Bake for about 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool to room temperature. Store in refrigerator or freezer.
- Top with fresh fruit or a fruit topping when serving.
