Hummus

Ingredients
- 19 ounces chick peas drain and save juice
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Olive Oil to taste
Instructions
- Put everything in food processor and mix for a few minutes, add chick pea juice as you mix for desired consistency. Add more salt & lemon juice if desired.
- When you eat it pour a little olive oil over top and garnish with black
- olives. We eat with pita bread.
