Broccoli Cornbread

Ingredients
- 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
- 10 ounces chopped broccoli thawed and drained
- 1 medium onion chopped, optional
- 1 stick butter melted
- 8 ounces cottage cheese
- 4 large eggs
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together except for the cornbread. Then stir it in
- and pour mixture into a 9x13 pan sprayed with Pam and bake at 400 degrees
- for approximately 25-30 minutes.
