Chicken, Broccoli & Rice Dinner

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 4 boned and skinned chicken breast halves
- 10 3/4 ounces cream of chicken soup condensed, reduced fat
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 cups instant rice uncooked
- 2 cups broccoli flowerets fresh or frozen
Instructions
- Heat oil in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned. Remove chicken.
- Add soup, water paprika and pepper. Heat to a boil. *For creamier rice,
- increase water to 1 2/3 cups.
- Stir in rice and broccoli. Top with chicken. Season chicken with
- additional paprika and pepper. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or
- until done.
Notes
NOTES : Use Minute Original Rice. May top with grated sharp cheddar cheese if desired.
