Beef Tenderloin

Ingredients
- 1 5-7 lb Beef tenderloin Whole
- 1 tablespoon seasoning salt
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 12-16 oz bacon
Instructions
- Trim any excess fat from meat and wash and pat dry. Mix
- ingredients into paste and rub over top and sides of meat 2 hours ahead of
- time. Cover top and sides with bacon.
- Sear all sides on grill. Place meat in foil lined old pan and cook
- on low with top closed for 1 hour with bacon on top.
- OR cook in 350 degree oven uncovered for l hour.
- Let rest covered 10 minutes before slicing.
