Banana-Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup mashed ripe banana
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1/3 cup butter melted
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Toss blueberries with 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour. Stir together 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- Whisk together banana, eggs, brown sugar, melted butter, and vanilla; add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened. Fold in blueberries.
- Spoon into a lightly greased 12-cup muffin pan, filling two-thirds full. Bake at 375° for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
