Blond Brownies
Unbelieveably delicious!

Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 16 ounces light brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup pecans chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Melt butter in heavy saucepan. Add sugar. Stir in eggs, flour, baking powder and salt. Add vanilla and pecans.
- Bake in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan for 35 minutes.
- Serve plain or with ice cream.
Notes
Add chocolate chips, coconut or anything else you like!
