Steaks with Mushroom Gravy

Ingredients
- 6 steaks
- butter
- 8 ounces fresh mushrooms sliced
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 drops Kitchen Bouquet
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Instructions
- Brown steaks in butter in iron skillet and cook to desired doneness.
- Remove from skillet and keep warm.
- Lightly saute mushrooms in 2 teaspoons butter in skillet.
- Mix water, Kitchen Bouquet, Worcestershire sauce, and cornstarch and stir
- until smooth. Pour mixture in with cooked mushroom and heat together
- until thick. Place steaks in pan and cover with gravy and serve.
Notes
NOTES : 8 ounce filet mignons work great.
