Pie Crust

Ingredients
- 2 2/3 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup + 2 tablespoons Crisco
- 5-6 tablespoons ice water
Instructions
- Mix flour and salt. Cut in Crisco until it resembles small peas by hand with a pastry blender or with 2 knives. Or pulse in a food processor. Add ice water a little at a time until dough comes together.
- Wrap in plastic wrap until time to roll out. Or freeze.
