Pimento Cheese

Ingredients
- 1 lb. Cracker Barrel Extra Sharp Cheddar
- 4 ounces diced pimentos drained
- Hellman's Mayonnaise
Instructions
- Shred cheese in a food processor using the shredding disc.
- Add well-drained pimentos and enough mayo for the right consistency. You don’t want it to be too dry or stiff.
- Refrigerate. Serve on sandwiches or with crackers or raw veggies.
Notes
I like to use 2% Milk Cracker Barrel.
