Potato Soup

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup onion chopped & sauted in butter
- 32 ounces chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 bag frozen shredded potatoes thawed
- Topping ingredients:
- cheddar cheese
- crispy bacon
- chives
Instructions
- Mix the first 4 ingredients together until smooth.
- Cook for 30-60 minutes.
- Serve hot with toppings.
