Mississippi Mud Pie

Ingredients
- 2 cups chocolate wafer cookie crumbs
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 quart ice cream coffee
- 1 cup pecans chopped
- 16 ounces Hershey's syrup
- Cool Whip
Instructions
- Mix melted butter with cookie crumbs (you may need more crumbs or
- butter). Pack into 13x9 pan sprayed with Pam.
- Spread softened coffee ice cream over crust. Sprinkle chopped pecans over ice cream. Pour
- Hershey's chocolate syrup over nuts and freeze for 2 hours.
- Spread Cool Whip over top; cut and serve.
