Marinated Pork Tenderloins

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup sherry
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 2 teaspoons fresh ginger grated
- 6 large garlic cloves minced
- 4 pork tenderloins
Instructions
- Combine ingredients and place in a gallon ziplock bag with pork
- tenderloins. Depending on the size of the tenderloins, you may have to
- make more marinade. I like them to be covered. Marinate in refrigerator
- for about 24 hours. Grill 10 minutes on each side or longer for desired
- doneness. Discard marinade. Cover and let rest 10 minutes. Slice and
- serve.
Notes
NOTES : I use Taylor's Golden Sherry. Do not use cooking sherry.
