Macaroni & Cheese
Servings: 12
Ingredients
- 16 ounces penne pasta cooked & drained
- 1/2 stick butter melted
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 10 ounces cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup half and half
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese grated
- 1 cup sharp white cheddar cheese grated
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together and put in a buttered casserole dish. Save
- some grated cheese for top. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
