Hash Brown Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. Orieda frozen Southern Style cubed hash browns thawed
- 1/4 cup margarine melted
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese grated
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Pour into 13x9 dish sprayed
- with Pam.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Notes
NOTES : I use Orieda Southern Style hash browns that are cubed.
