Cook grits as directed on label:
Mix: 1 cup stoneground grits
4 1/2 cups water
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter
Combine all ingredients in large sauce pan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 45-60 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thick.
Brown and drain sausage.
Whisk eggs and season with salt and pepper.
Mix grits, sausage, eggs, cheeses, and salt and pepper to taste. Pour into a 13x9
casserole dish sprayed with Pam. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350
degrees for 30-40 minutes.
