Oreo Truffles
Ingredients
- 1 package Oreo cookies crushed in food processor
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- Dipping chocolate
Instructions
- Mix Oreos and cream cheese together saving a small amount of the crumbs for sprinkling on top of the balls after they have been dipped in chocolate.
- Roll into small balls.
- Melt chocolate in microwave. Dip balls into chocolate and sprinkle with Oreo crumbs.
- Place on wax paper to dry.
Notes
You can use milk chocolate, dark or white almond bark for dipping. Also semi-sweet chocolate chips are good too.
