Orange Vinaigrette

Ingredients
1/2
cup
extra virgin olive oil
2
teaspoons
orange zest
grated
1/2
cup
orange juice
4
tablespoons
sherry vinegar
2
medium garlic cloves
minced
fresh parsley
minced
salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
Combine everything in a lidded jar, cover and shake well. Shake again
before each use. Refrigerate.
Notes
NOTES : May substitute red wine vinegar. A serving is 2 tablespoons.
