Orange Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons orange zest grated
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 4 tablespoons sherry vinegar
  • 2 medium garlic cloves minced
  • fresh parsley minced
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Combine everything in a lidded jar, cover and shake well. Shake again
  • before each use. Refrigerate.

Notes

NOTES : May substitute red wine vinegar. A serving is 2 tablespoons.
