Neiman Marcus Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 cup pecans chopped
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 lb. powdered sugar
  • 7 ounces Angel Flake coconut
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  • Mix cake mix, 1 egg, margarine and pecans. Spread into 9x13 pan sprayed with Pam.
  • Blend cream cheese and 2 eggs with mixer. Add powdered sugar and mix well. Mix in coconut and vanilla. Spread over crust.
  • Bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes or until lightly brown and set in middle.
