Praline Coffee Cake

Ingredients
- 3 cups self-rising flour
- 1 egg beaten
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1 1/2 cups firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 cups coarsely chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup butter melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Stir together flour and 1/2 cup granulated sugar. Combine, eggs, milk, and oil. Add liquid all at once to flour mixture and mix until flour is moistened.
- Spread half of the batter into a greased 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
- Mix together nuts and brown sugar. Sprinkle half of nut mixture over batter in pan. Spread remaining batter over sugar mixture. Sprinkle remaining sugar mixture on top. Drizzle butter over mixture.
- Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until done.
