Sherry’s Pecan Pie

Pecan Pie

Course: Dessert

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup corn syrup dark
  • 1/2 cup corn syrup light
  • 3 large eggs beaten
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups pecans whole
  • 1 9 inch pie crust unbaked

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Melt margarine in the microwave.
  • Mix in sugar, salt and corn syrups. Stir in eggs and mix well. Stir in
  • vanilla. Sprinkle pecans over pie crust.
  • Pour filling into pie crust and bake 45-60 minutes until springy in middle. If crust begins to brown to much, cover lightly with aluminum foil.
