Pear Strawberry Salad with Feta Cheese

Ingredients
- 2 ripe pears diced into 1/4-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 cup fresh strawberries coarsely chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons jalapeno finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbled
- spinach leaves or mixed salad greens
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the first 7 ingredients. Pour over spinach or salad greens, top with feta and toss well. Serve immediately with freshly ground pepper and toasted French bread.
