Orange Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoons orange zest grated
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 4 tablespoons sherry vinegar
- 2 medium garlic cloves minced
- fresh parsley minced
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine everything in a lidded jar, cover and shake well. Shake again
- before each use. Refrigerate.
Notes
NOTES : May substitute red wine vinegar. A serving is 2 tablespoons.
