Olive Oil Baked Shrimp

Olive Oil Baked Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 3 tablespoons garlic chopped
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
  • 3 tablespoons parsley chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh tomatoes chopped
  • 1/4 white wine

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375. combine all ingredients in an iron skillet and bake for 10 minutes.
  • Serve over rice or pasta if desired with crusty french bread to soak up the sauces.
  • Unless you have a very large skillet, the shrimp cooks best if you cook recipe in 2 batches.
