Mexican Dip

Course: Appetizer

Ingredients

  • 2 cans fat-free refried beans
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1/2 packet taco seasoning mix
  • 8 ounces jalapeno peppers canned, diced
  • 2 tablespoons jalapeno juice
  • 8 ounces monterey jack cheese shredded
  • 8 ounces colby cheese shredded

Instructions

  • Layer beans in bottom of shallow dish. Mix all other ingredients except
  • cheese and spread on top of beans. Mix cheeses together( or buy already
  • and put on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-35 minutes or just
  • until hot and cheeses are melted. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
