Mexican Dip

Ingredients
- 2 cans fat-free refried beans
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1/2 packet taco seasoning mix
- 8 ounces jalapeno peppers canned, diced
- 2 tablespoons jalapeno juice
- 8 ounces monterey jack cheese shredded
- 8 ounces colby cheese shredded
Instructions
- Layer beans in bottom of shallow dish. Mix all other ingredients except
- cheese and spread on top of beans. Mix cheeses together( or buy already
- and put on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-35 minutes or just
- until hot and cheeses are melted. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
