Crock Pot Macaroni & Cheese

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces macaroni cooked & drained
  • 4 cups cheddar cheese grated
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • black pepper
  • paprika

Instructions

  • Cook macaroni & drain. Mix together milk, melted butter, salt, eggs and 3 cups cheese—Save 1 cup of cheese for top. Add macaroni noodles & place in Crock pot. Sprinkle with remaining cheese, paprika and black pepper---DO NOT STIR !! Cook 3-4 hours on low---- ENJOY !!!
