Cranberry Nut Coffee Cake

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup pecans chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 cup whole cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup confectioner's sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon milk

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Grease a 9x9x2 pan.
  • Mix brown sugar, nuts, & cinnamon.
  • Combine Bisquick, sugar, egg and milk; beat vigorously 30 seconds. Spread in pan; sprinkle with nut mixture. Spoon cranberry sauce over top. Bake 20-25 minutes. While warm, spread with icing.
