Cranberry-Apple Crisp

Ingredients
- 4 cups apples peeled and sliced
- 2 cups cranberries fresh
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar packed
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup pecans chopped
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine apples, cranberries, and sugar. Place into a 9 x
- 13 inch pan sprayed with Pam.
- In a large bowl, combine brown sugar, flour, oats, walnuts, margarine, and
- cinnamon and blend together. Sprinkle over fruit.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour or until golden brown.
Notes
NOTES : Blackberries may be substituted for cranberries. I like to use Fuji or Golden Delicious apples but Granny Smith can be used also. To save time, you can use canned, sliced apples such as Comstock Pie Sliced apples or Luck's fried apples.
