Cabbage & Ground Beef Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 medium head cabbage
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • Worcestershire sauce to taste

Instructions

  • Brown ground beef and onion in large skillet and drain on paper towels. Season with salt & pepper.
  • Slice or chop cabbage after removing the core. Place cabbage in a 13x9 greased casserole and spoon ground beef mixture over cabbage. Spread the undiluted soup all over. Sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce all over tomato soup.
  • Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
