Butter Cookies

Course: Dessert

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 3 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour unsifted
  • 1/2 cup pecans chopped

Instructions

  • Cream butter, cream cheese and sugar.
  • Add 1 cup unsifted all-purpose flour and 1/2 cup chopped pecans, mixing all ingredients.
  • Drop by rounded teaspoon onto cookie sheet. Leave about 2 inches between cookies. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 min.
