Brownie Bites

Ingredients
- 8 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 ounces bittersweet chocolate broken into pieces
- 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray the wells of the Williams-Sonoma Brownie Bite pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Combine butter and bittersweet chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on medium power in 15-second intervals until melted, stirring in between intervals.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt until combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar, eggs and vanilla until smooth. Add the chocolate mixture and whisk until incorporated. Whisk in the flour mixture until combined. Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Place 2 tablespoons batter into each prepared well. Bake until a toothpick inserted into the center of a brownie bite comes out clean, 22 to 25 minutes OR
- *Bake at 350 degrees convection for 14 minutes.
- Transfer the pan to a wire rack and let cool completely. Use a small offset spatula around the edge of each well and gently pop out the brownie bites. Makes 20.
