Beef Tips

Ingredients
- 1 to 2 1/2 lbs beef tips *
- 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can of golden mushroom soup
- 1 can of french onion soup
Instructions
- Stir 3 cans of soup into the crock pot. Mix well. Put beef tips in. (I have never browned them.) Cook on medium all day. Serve over rice or noodles. The beauty is that the leftover beef tips (in the sauce) are just as good the second day. I just dump it all into a plastic bowl with a lid. The gravy stays liquid and does not harden or have rising fat.
Notes
* If you use 2 1/2 lbs beef tips, double all the cans. This calls for the larger crock pot of course.
