Cranberry Nut Coffee Cake

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup pecans chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 egg
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 cup whole cranberry sauce
- 1 cup confectioner's sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Grease a 9x9x2 pan.
- Mix brown sugar, nuts, & cinnamon.
- Combine Bisquick, sugar, egg and milk; beat vigorously 30 seconds. Spread in pan; sprinkle with nut mixture. Spoon cranberry sauce over top. Bake 20-25 minutes. While warm, spread with icing.
