Fudge Pudding
Quick and easy and delicious! This forms a cake top and rich fudge sauce underneath!

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 5 tablespoons cocoa divided
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup granulated sugar divided
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 cups hot water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Mix together flour, salt, 2 tablespoons cocoa, baking powder and 1/2 cup granulated sugar in 2-quart deep baking dish.
- Combine milk, melted butter and vanilla. Mix into dry ingredients in baking dish, beating well by hand.
- Combine remaining 3 tablespoons cocoa, remaining 1/2 cup granulated sugar and brown sugar and sprinkle over cake batter. Pour hot water over all and place pan in oven.
- Bake 30 to 40 minutes.
