Banana Nut Bread

Ingredients
- 1 cup butter softened
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 eggs well beaten
- 3 cups flour unsifted
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon soda
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 bananas mashed with fork
- 1 cup pecans chopped
Instructions
- Mix margarine, sugar and eggs well. Beat in dry ingredients alternately
- with buttermilk. Mix in vanilla,bananas,pecans.
- Spray 2 large loaf pans, 1 tube pan or 24 muffin tins with Pam generously.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes (about 17 minutes for muffins) or until done. Check with toothpick.
