Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1 11 oz pkg. Nestles milk choc chips
- 40- saltine crackers
- 1 cup chopped pecans- chopped
Instructions
- Line jelly roll pan with aluminum foil and spray with Pam. Lay saltines flat on foil. Melt butter and sugar together and heat until foamy. Pour over crackers evenly. Put in oven and bake 10 minutes @ 350 degrees. Take out and while hot, pour chocolate chips over crackers. Let melt for a minute or 2 then spread with a spoon to coat crackers. Sprinkle pecans over this. Let cool then put in refrigerator until hard. Break up and then store in a cool place.
