Conrad’s Sour Cream Coffee Cake

Sour Cream Coffee Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  • Stir ingredients together until just mixed. Too much beating makes it
  • tough. Spread in an 8x8 greased pan. Put brown sugar and cinnamon on top.
  • Bake 20 minutes @ 350 degrees.
