Pecan Pie

Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons butter melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup corn syrup dark
- 1/2 cup corn syrup light
- 3 large eggs beaten
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups pecans whole
- 1 9 inch pie crust unbaked
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Melt margarine in the microwave.
- Mix in sugar, salt and corn syrups. Stir in eggs and mix well. Stir in
- vanilla. Sprinkle pecans over pie crust.
- Pour filling into pie crust and bake 45-60 minutes until springy in middle. If crust begins to brown to much, cover lightly with aluminum foil.
